Happy Thursday!

How’s it going this week? It’s Thursday, which means we’re one day closer to the weekend — and that I'm one day closer to my personal Cheat Day!
Today, though, I’m staying right on track with my five healthy and filling meals. I had a Sweet Potato Protein cake for breakfast, followed by a totally tasty Chipotle Chicken Caesar Wrap for lunch. This afternoon’s snack will be chips and salsa (yup — 5-Factor approved!).
For tonight’s dinner, I’m firing up this Grilled Bison Steak followed by Apple Crumble for dessert.
With meals like these, it's a snap to stay on track!
